CONTEXT & SCOPE
The record starts with what the facility team needed to decide.
A portfolio report is most useful when each property uses the same location logic while still preserving the system-specific detail and jurisdictional context of that site.
Start with a controlled site list, address, facility contact, building identifier, system categories, asset references, report date, service scope, and contractor. For each finding, preserve the location, evidence, status, responsible party, approved action, completion record, and any item that remains open. Avoid reducing different systems and jurisdictions to a single green or red score. A clear handoff shows what was performed and what remains to be decided without suggesting universal code compliance or replacing the actual report and AHJ record.

Record photography should identify useful technical context without exposing private building information.
STRUCTURED HANDOFF
Portfolio Handoff Checklist
This structure separates building context, installed systems, agreed scope, constraints, open decisions and record handoff. It does not assert universal compliance or an AHJ result.
01
Use a stable site and building naming standard
02
Separate system inventory from service findings
03
Keep photographs tied to specific locations and records
04
Track approved corrective work and open decisions
05
Return final documents to the responsible owner contact

YOUR FACILITY
Bring the site, system and current decision.
We will separate routine inspection, an observed deficiency and new project work before proposing the next step.
