SYSTEMS & SERVICES
Systems, inspection, and service built around the facility.
Start with the task: schedule routine inspection, report an observed deficiency, or discuss a new installation or retrofit. Accordline then confirms the system, site conditions, records, and responsible parties before defining the work.

System categories and service intervals depend on the installed equipment, adopted requirements, site conditions, contract, and AHJ direction.
START WITH THE TASK
Three requests. Three different first conversations.
Separating routine inspection, an existing deficiency, and new project work helps the service desk ask for the right records without turning the form into a procurement questionnaire.
01
Routine inspection
Bring the site, system types, due-window information, access constraints, and available prior reports.
02
Observed deficiency
Share the report, system and location, current condition, and any impairment or operating restrictions.
03
New project or retrofit
Start with building type, systems, project phase, schedule assumptions, and the general contractor or design team.
CORE SYSTEMS
Review the system before choosing the service path.
These six CMS-backed system pages explain typical scope, the information that helps before a visit, and the limits that remain dependent on the actual system and jurisdiction.
PROGRAMS & PROJECT WORK
Three services connect the systems across sites and schedules.
07
New installation & retrofit inquiries
Coordinate system scope, phasing, shutdown assumptions, design-team questions, and closeout documentation without making approval guarantees.
08
Multi-site inspection programs
Organize locations, asset lists, site contacts, access windows, recurring service needs, and a common record-handoff format.
09
Documentation & record handoff
Return service reports, observed conditions, inaccessible items, approved corrections, and open decisions to the responsible facility contact.
WHO DOES WHAT
A contractor is one part of the life-safety chain.
Clear roles prevent a website from implying that the service contractor is also the monitoring provider, fire department, design professional, or authority having jurisdiction.
Service contractor
Performs the contracted inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, or installation scope within verified capabilities.
Monitoring provider
Receives and processes system signals under a separate monitoring arrangement when one exists.
Fire department
Provides public emergency response and may have separate operational or local responsibilities.
AHJ / fire marshal
Interprets and enforces adopted requirements and determines acceptance within its authority.

INSPECTION CADENCE
There is no single schedule for every system and building.
Intervals and procedures can vary with the installed system, adopted edition, local amendments, manufacturer instructions, facility conditions, prior deficiencies, contract, and AHJ direction. Confirm the actual requirements before publishing a schedule.
01 · Confirm system inventory and adopted basis
02 · Review prior reports, changes, and known impairments
03 · Confirm scope with the facility and applicable AHJ guidance
NEXT STEP
Tell us the system, site, and work you need.
A life-safety specialist will review the request and confirm the right inspection, deficiency, or project conversation.
